The Mark Of A Transparent Church.

The body of Christ - the body ecclesia is well known as the universal church The church as a people assembled or scattered globally has the unique identity of a people called out or redeemed and reconciled unto God. It's a peculiar

kingdom without boundaries whose maker is God. It's a body of people chosen for peculiarity identifiable with a holy relationship with God. They are also to show forth God's praise among men. This then is the mission - preaching and turning men unto God through the power of His Son - Jesus Christ. The greater work of the church and its people is to be conform with Christ, be a light and bear fruits through gospel propagation. The church is to shine as a light on a hill for a crooked and perverse generation to see.
The head of the church is Christ and he is the builder. He is the Author and Finisher of the Christian faith, A perfect builder thereof.
See Matthew 16:18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

See also, Ephesians 5:25-27 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.

Jesus, the head of the church, is very committed to His bride, that is His people. He has determined that His church will be built and that His bride would be pure. Given that these promises are “yes” and “amen” and are sealed in His blood, we should consider the implications on who we are and how we should function as His people.

For instance, Jesus went deep into the world without becoming “worldly.” His mission was not sanitized or limited to the moral boundaries of cultural normativity. And yet there was never a point when He was not the sinless Savior, the lamb of God without spot of blemish. His active obedience to the Father was not only the fulfillment of the law’s demand but also the fulfillment of the Father’s redemptive mission.

Therefore the Christian who is sanctified by the redemptive work, must imperatively live a transparently transformed holy lifestyle and the fruits bearing lives in righteousness and physical manifestations. The promise of Christ’s building through mission and the purchase of Christ’s bride for purity should be held together.

A true character of living church and its people is to be genuinely attractive, yet so offensive. It cannot both be light and harboring darkness. It cannot both be hot and cold, accommodative and permissive. The sound of the trumpet from within must be distinct and discernable.
The church must through the riches of God's grace be a TRUE CITADEL of formative responsibility unto the fullness of transformation and corrective responsibility until the image of our Lord and Saviour Jesus is completely and transparently formed in us.
That is the church.
